Seit 1993 sind sie eine Band, Hugh Morgan und Brian Leiser, mit wechselnden Schlagzeugern. Seit gut 10 Jahren ist mit Frank Benbini Schlagzeuger Nummer drei bei den Fun Lovin‘ Criminals dabei. Fünf Alben und drei Kompilation, auf denen die Band eigenes Musikmaterial neu verwertete, sind seitdem entstanden. Mit dem Geld ihres Erfolges gründeten sie in ihrer Heimatstadt New York ein Müllabfuhr-Unternehmen. Inzwischen lebt die Band in England.
Mit “Couldn’t get it right“ vom Album “Mimosa” landeten die Fun Lovin‘ Criminals 1999 einen ihrer größten Hits.
